Information and equipment

It is very important to carry your passport with you on any trip.

For safaris, it would be advisable to be equipped with sunglasses, headgear and sun cream, and for those who want mosquito repellent (inland there are usually not too many mosquitoes).

For those who need it, a small travel pharmacy is available.

During your stay in the lodge or tented camp, there will be times when the power will be out, so it would be a good idea to charge all your electronic devices before your trip, a power bank and/or spare battery for your devices are always recommended so you don't find yourself in unpleasant situations.

Internet connections... To always find good coverage, it is recommended that you buy a Kenyan Sim card (Safaricom) so that you can use your mobile phone at any time.
