Masai Mara
National Reserve

We will meet at the Nairobi airport exit or at the chosen meeting place.
You will travel in a 4X4 Jeep.

After about 1 1/2 hours we stop at Rift Valley for a break or breakfast and take in the breathtaking views of the valley.

The journey continues for about another 2 hours to the gate of the Masai Mara National Park.
At the entrance while waiting to register your vehicle and passengers you will be greeted by Masai Mothers who will show you some typical local souvenirs.

Immediately after passing through the gate a mini game drive begins in the direction of the lodge/camp.
Check-in and lunch buffett, you can rest in your room or visit the lodge/camp, which is often surrounded by nature and maybe crossed by the Mara River hosted by giant hippos, there are always guards watching ;).

In the afternoon at around 15:00 we start with the first and real Game Drive, in search of lions, lionesses, giraffes, gazelles, buffaloes and many other animals in the beautiful and enchanting Masi Mara park.

In this park there is the possibility of seeing all the BIG 5.

Return to the lodge/camp in the evening after the spectacular sunset, which will enchant you with its colours.

Depending on the days and nights you wish to travel, and according to the established itinerary, you will be given exit and entrance times to the parks and the various stops.

The safari I organise includes:

- Entrance fees to parks

- Accommodation in lodges or tented camps full board excluding drinks

- All transfers will be made in a 4X4 Jeep.

- The Jeep will be equipped with bottled water

- You will be accompanied by professional licensed drivers who are knowledgeable about the place and the animals that inhabit the Savanna.

Information and equipment

It is very important to carry your passport with you on any trip.

For safaris, it would be advisable to be equipped with sunglasses, headgear and sun cream, and for those who wish also a mosquito repellent (inland there are normally not too many mosquitoes).

For those who need it, a small travel pharmacy is available.

During your stay in the lodge or tented camp, there will be times when the power will be out, so it would be a good idea to charge all your electronic devices before your trip, a power bank and/or spare battery for your devices are always recommended so you don't find yourself in unpleasant situations.

Internet connections... To always find good coverage, it is recommended that you buy a Kenyan Sim card (Safaricom) so that you can use your mobile phone at any time.
