Lake Nakuru National Park
This safari is usually combined with the Masai Mara Safari due to the short distance between the two national parks — approximately 3 hours by car.
Departure is typically early in the morning, around 7:00 AM, from Masai Mara National Park to reach the Lake Nakuru Reserve.
Upon entering the park, you'll head toward the booked lodge. Depending on the arrival time, a short morning game drive may already be possible.
Room check-in and some time to rest.
This park also offers the opportunity to see all of the Big Five.
In the afternoon, a game drive continues until sunset, around 6:30 PM, followed by return to the lodge/camp for dinner.
This national park was established in 1961 around the lake of the same name, mainly to protect the large population of pink flamingos.
In addition to flamingos, in 1988 white rhinos were introduced to protect the species. In this reserve, you can observe both white and black rhinos, along with many other savannah animals.
Depending on the number of days and nights you choose and based on the planned itinerary, you will be informed of park entry and exit times and planned stops.

Information and Equipment
Very important: you must bring your passport with you during the safari trip.
Recommended clothing for the safari:
Light clothing for the day and warmer clothes for the evening, hat, sunglasses, swimsuit, sunscreen, tropical mosquito repellent, universal power adapter.
A small travel pharmacy if needed.
Tips:
During your stay at the lodge/camp, there may be scheduled times without electricity. It’s advisable to charge all your electronic devices before the trip. A power bank and/or spare batteries are highly recommended to avoid unpleasant situations.
